Johnathan Ferguson
President
Johnathan leads all field operations, including estimating, project execution, and subcontractor coordination. With over 20 years of experience in construction equipment and job site operations, he brings practical knowledge, efficiency, and a strong understanding of how to get the job done right.
After years working within large companies in the industry, Johnathan built Ferguson Trydent Group to focus on something different—quality craftsmanship, honest service, and work he can stand behind. He takes a hands-on approach to every project, making sure the final result meets both his standards and the client’s expectations.

Natasha manages the business side of Ferguson Trydent Group, including client communication, scheduling, finances, and overall project coordination. She ensures that every project runs smoothly and that clients feel informed and supported from start to finish.
With a background in property management and customer service, Natasha brings strong organization, attention to detail, and a people-first approach to the business. She understands that renovations can feel overwhelming, and works hard to make the process as clear and stress-free as possible.
